Business use

One-time numbers for
sign-up flow testing.

Use OTPPin when your team needs a working phone number to check that a sign-up or verification flow you own, or are authorised to test, sends and handles its SMS.

01

Dashboard or API orders

Place an order by hand in the dashboard, or from a test script with an API key. Both create the same one-time order.

02

One number per order

Each order gives one number for one service. Run a separate order for each sign-up attempt you want to test.

03

A 20-minute window

An order stays open for 20 minutes. Start the sign-up on the service you are testing right after the order is placed.

04

Balance credit on expiry

If no SMS arrives before the order expires, the charge is credited back to your account balance automatically.

Plan around these

What it does not do.

  • No team or shared accounts: an account is one login, with its own balance and API keys.
  • No webhooks you can configure yourself: read the order status from the dashboard or the API.
  • No number reuse: the number is not yours after the order closes, so a later message to it will not reach you.
  • No guaranteed delivery from any specific service. Whether a service sends an SMS to a number is up to that service.
  • Listed prices and availability are cached estimates, and a number is assigned only when the order is placed. An order can fail to get a number.
  • No volume pricing: every order is charged at the listed price.
Acceptable use

Authorised testing only.

Use a number only for a flow you own or have written permission to test, and follow the receiving service's rules. Do not use it for spam, impersonation, mass account creation or to get around a service's identity checks.
