One prepaid balance
Each account holds one balance. Balance top-ups are currently accepted by cryptocurrency only. Orders are charged to that balance at the listed price.
Buying numbers

OTPPin sells one-time numbers: one number, for one service, for a 20-minute window. A company uses the same account, balance and listed prices as anyone else. This page says what that does and does not include.
Dashboard or API
Place orders by hand in the dashboard, or from your own code with an API key. Both draw on the same balance.
Order history
Every order, its status and its message are kept in your dashboard history, so you can check what was bought and when.
Credit when nothing arrives
If no SMS arrives before the order expires, the charge is credited back to your account balance automatically.
What is not offered
Plain limits.
- No volume discountsEvery order is charged at the listed price, whatever the quantity. Check current prices.
- No invoicing on termsBalance is prepaid. The minimum top-up is $2.
- No team seatsAn account has one login. Share access through an API key, not a shared password.
- No SLANo uptime, speed or delivery commitment is offered. Listed prices and availability are cached supplier estimates. A number is assigned only when the order is placed, and allocation can fail.
