Help & answers

A little clarity,
before you start.

How numbers, orders and account access work. For endpoint details, head to the API documentation.

How do I buy a number?

Create an account and sign in, add funds to your balance, then open Buy Number. Choose the service and country, review the listed price, and confirm the purchase. A number is assigned when the order is placed, and your number and order status appear in the dashboard.

Where will my SMS appear?

Open the active order in your dashboard to see its messages, codes and remaining time. You can also check an order through the API. Keep the order ID when asking support about a delivery.

Why can prices or available numbers change?

Listed prices and availability come from cached supplier listings and are estimates. A listing does not reserve a number. Listed prices and availability are cached supplier estimates. A number is assigned only when the order is placed, and allocation can fail.

How long does an order last?

Each order is for one number and one service. An order stays open for 20 minutes. If the SMS arrives, it appears in the order; if it does not, the order expires.

What happens if no SMS arrives?

If no SMS arrives before the order expires, the charge is credited back to your account balance automatically. It is not refunded to the payment method you used to top up.

Can I cancel an order, request another SMS or finish it early?

You can cancel an open order once 2 minutes have passed and no code has arrived, and the charge is credited back to your account balance. Asking for another SMS and finishing an order early are not available. The order stays open for its 20-minute window and, if no SMS arrives, the charge is credited back to your account balance when it expires.

How do I add funds?

Balance top-ups are currently accepted by cryptocurrency only. The minimum top-up is $2. PayPal is not available.

Does every service accept every number?

No. A service decides whether to accept a number and whether to send an SMS. Choose the service and country that match your intended use, and check the order status and timer. A number assignment does not guarantee delivery.

How do I use the API?

Create an API key in your dashboard, then use the API reference to check authentication, request formats and status handling. Treat an API key like a password. Revoke a key when it is no longer needed or may have been exposed.

What should I do if I cannot sign in?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to request a recovery link. If your account requires email verification, use the verification email or the resend option shown during sign-in. Accounts with two-factor authentication also require their authenticator code.

What should I include in a support request?

Include your order ID, the service and country, the time the issue occurred, and the error or status you saw. Do not send your password, API key or a one-time sign-in code. Use the contact form for account, billing and integration questions.
