What exactly am I buying?

What happens if the code never arrives?
The order price is debited from your OTPPin balance when a number is allocated. If no SMS arrives within 20 minutes the order expires and the amount is credited back to your account balance, not to the original payment method. You can cancel an open order once 2 minutes have passed and no code has arrived, and the charge is credited back to your account balance. Asking for another SMS and finishing an order early are not available.
How do I pay?
Balance top-ups are currently accepted by cryptocurrency only. Add funds to your OTPPin balance (minimum $2); orders are paid from that balance.
Can I use the same Aruba number twice?
No. A number belongs to one order for one app and is released when the window closes, so a later message to it will not reach you. Do not use it for account recovery.
Do I have to give you my own phone number?
No. You need an account and a balance; the receiving app only sees the number allocated to your order.
Is every app available for Aruba?

Do you keep a copy of my messages?
A received code stays in your order history after the window closes. Do not send passwords, API keys or other sensitive details to support.
