What one order gives you
Every order is for one number, one service and one 20-minute window. The number is not permanent.
Do not assume an expired number will still be available when you need it again. Each new verification needs a new order. Top up your balance with cryptocurrency first; the minimum top-up is $2.
Select the exact app, then the country
Open Buy number in your dashboard and choose the app that will send the SMS. Similar apps or related products can use different routes. Next, choose a country and review the displayed price.
Use the country code required by your receiving workflow. A virtual number does not change your physical location or override the service’s eligibility rules. If you are testing an integration, confirm that the destination country and number format are supported by that integration.
Review the price and place the order
Check your balance, the final selection and the price shown before confirming. Public catalog prices and stock counts are cached supplier listings, so they are estimates. A listing does not reserve a number: one is assigned only when you place the order, and allocation can fail or the price can differ from what you saw.
After a successful purchase, use the number attached to that order. Keep the order ID: it identifies the purchase and helps support investigate an issue. If the purchase fails, read the error before trying again rather than repeatedly submitting the same selection.
Request the code and watch the order
Enter the supplied number in the service you selected and request its SMS verification. Keep the full country prefix and follow the receiving service’s formatting instructions. Watch the order in your dashboard for its status, remaining time and any delivered code.
An order has a 20-minute receiving window. You can cancel an open order once 2 minutes have passed and no code has arrived, and the charge is credited back to your account balance. Asking for another SMS and finishing an order early are not available. Otherwise it stays open until a code arrives or the window ends. If the order expires without a code, the charge is credited back to your account balance automatically. That credit applies only when no SMS arrived.
Keep access and credentials under your control
Use receiving numbers only for workflows you are authorized to perform. Temporary numbers expire, so they are a poor choice for permanent account recovery. Save any information you need before the receiving window ends.
This product receives SMS sent by another service. It is not an outbound messaging campaign tool and does not send your customers verification messages on your behalf. For application integration, continue with the API receiving guide.
Take the next step
Compare the listed app and country prices or open the API reference for integration details. For an existing order, contact support with its order ID.
