Cookie policy

Which cookies and browser storage the site uses, which are optional, and how to change your choice at any time.

What this covers

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This page also covers local storage, which works in a similar way. We use both to keep you signed in, remember your settings and, if you agree, measure how the site is used.

Essential storage

These are needed for the site to work and are always on.

Sign-in uses an access cookie lasting up to 15 minutes, a rotating refresh cookie lasting up to seven days, and a session marker with the same seven-day life. Signing out removes them.

A record of your cookie choice is kept for 180 days so that you are not asked again on every visit.

Forms are protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may read browser and network details while it runs its check.

Preferences

Local storage remembers interface settings such as appearance, language and dashboard layout. These stay in your browser. Clearing them resets the interface and does not affect your account, balance or orders.

A first-party identifier may record the referral link or campaign that brought you to the site, so that a referral is credited to the right account.

Optional: analytics and advertising

Google Analytics, and Google advertising tags where they are in use, are controlled by your choice in the cookie panel. You can accept them, refuse them, or allow one category and not the other.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the optional categories start switched off.

When you refuse, the Google tags do not set or read the cookies you refused. They may still send a basic signal without cookies, which is how Google’s consent mode works.

Cookies from other companies

If you leave the site to pay on a payment processor’s page, that company may set its own cookies under its own policy. This happens only when you start a payment.

Public pages load a support chat widget from an outside chat provider once you start interacting with the page (or after a few seconds). It keeps chat and visitor state in your browser’s local storage and connects to the provider to show the chat. Clearing local storage resets it.

Changing your choice

Use the button below at any time to reopen the cookie panel and change what you allow.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential ones will sign you out and stop parts of the dashboard working.

We update this page when the storage we use changes.
