Nothing physical is sold
Every purchase here is a digital service: temporary use of a phone number and the verification message sent to it. No parcel, device or SIM card is shipped, so there is no item to send back.
What takes the place of a return is the refund policy, which credits you when an order does not produce a code.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an open order once 2 minutes have passed and no code has arrived, and the charge is credited back to your account balance. Asking for another SMS and finishing an order early are not available.
If you do nothing, an order with no code simply runs to the end of its 20-minute window and is credited back to your balance in the same way.
Orders that cannot be undone
An order is finished once a message has been delivered and shown to you. The service has been provided at that point and the order cannot be reversed.
Choosing the wrong service or country does not make an order returnable. A number is allocated the moment you confirm.
Balance top-ups
A top-up is not a purchase of a number. It is your own money held on your account until you place an order. A top-up is not reversed as a return, but you can ask for unused balance back under the refund policy.
Problems with an order
If you were charged for something that did not happen the way the order record says, contact support within 30 days and include the order ID. Do not send passwords, API keys or wallet keys.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
Where that law provides a right to withdraw from a digital service, the right ends when the service starts. For an order here, that is the moment a number is allocated to your account at your request.
Contact
